The British Chiropractic Association, in conjunction with Straighten Up UK have produced a simple three minute exercise programme designed to improve posture.
By incorporating just a few simple exercises into your daily routine, it can help to strengthen the spine and improve your posture.

Lindsay Beale
Lindsay Beale is an exercise specialist and personal trainer. With over 20 years experience as an Instructor of exercise, including high/low impact aerobics, body conditioning, step and flexibility classes. More recently, she was approached to teach a seniors exercise class and this has proved very popular with local Dorchester residents.
Lindsay’s Personal Training clients include runners, triathletes, golfers, as well as male and females wishing to improve their current lifestyle. You do not need to be fit to benefit from personal training.
If you are returning to fitness after injury or illness, Lindsay can help devise an exercise routine for you to compliment your rehab from your chiropractor. If you have invested time and money into getting your back and body back to full function, then keeping it that way makes sense.
